Welcome to high spirits, the approved fanlisting (by TAFL) dedicated to Hibiya/Mihara Chitose, beauiful character from the animanga chobits and kobato. Chitose is one of the kindest and sweetest characters I've ever discovered in a manga and despite her supporting role, she has a deep and detailed personality and she is an important in the story development of both the CLAMP works in which she appears.
I really thank Rin who let me adopt this fanlisting, which was originally owned by Meiran.
